Julie Scott is an NMC-registered independent nurse prescriber, clinical trainer, mentor and international speaker with over 30 years of experience across plastic surgery and aesthetics. Twice awarded Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner of the Year (2022 & 2024) and Best Clinic South of England (2023), Julie is a prominent voice shaping industry standards. She sits on the Aesthetics Reviewing Panel, serves on the DANAI Board, is a Faculty Member of the Allergan Medical Institute, and acts as an Ambassador for the JCCP. In 2025, she was appointed BCAM and BDD Foundation Ambassador and writes a monthly column for Aesthetic Medicine magazine.

Dr Steph is a medical doctor with over 14 years’ experience, including 10 years specialising in aesthetic medicine. Founder of the award-winning Damalis Skin Clinic in Wimbledon and UK Distributor for VITA-SOL, her “skin-first” philosophy integrates advanced skin analysis with evidence-based interventions. Alongside clinical practice, she mentors and teaches aesthetic professionals internationally. Her work centres on skin health as the foundation for natural, long-term aesthetic results.
