Pause Live is the UK's largest women's health event, assisting women through the menopause and other health related topics. This Pause Live is our fourth and is set to be the biggest and best to date, being hosted in a brand-new venue in the heart of London. Hormones meet harmony this year, supporting women through one of the toughest journey's they will face, as they navigate the symptoms and seeking education on how best to tackle them.
