Date: Monday 12th January 2026

Time: 12:00pm-13:00pm

Inspire to Outstand are a regulatory consultancy based in Cheshire. The company has successfully supported more than 600 private clinics across the UK with most new clients coming through recommendation. Inspire specialises in assisting providers with new Care Quality Commission registrations and preparation for upcoming inspections.

Its services include guidance throughout the registration process, the development of policies and procedures, clinical and desktop audits, team training, and ongoing support through tailored membership packages.

Founded in 2019 by Tracey and Sophie, Inspire to Outstand draws on extensive experience in health care regulation. Tracey began her career as a nurse in 1996 and has held senior clinical and academic positions, while Sophie worked as a Care Quality Commission inspector for more than a decade. Together, they bring a balanced understanding of both the operational and regulatory aspects of compliance.

Inspire to Outstand primarily supports independent clinics and healthcare professionals who want to offer regulated services such as menopause, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, and functional medicine. By combining regulatory expertise with practical, hands-on guidance, the consultancy helps organisations deliver safe, effective, and legally compliant care.

Through its ongoing membership packages, Inspire provides continuous compliance reviews, regulatory updates, and inspection readiness support, enabling care providers to operate confidently and consistently within the Care Quality Commission framework.

Session Overview:

During this webinar, delegates will gain a clear understanding of how the Care Quality Commission (CQC) reviews an application for registration, what the inspector requires to assure sound governance. Participants will learn how CQC inspections are carried out, what evidence the CQC looks for, and how to confidently prepare their service for an assessment. The session will help remove uncertainty, build clarity, and support delegates in meeting CQC expectations with confidence.
