To assist members in meeting their professional and regulatory responsibilities, BCAM is launching its Complaints Handling Service.
The service will provide members with a fully compliant complaints handling policy, a procedure setting out exactly how complaints must be managed, together with template letters for dealing with all stages of complaints handling by member’s clinics.
