BCAM Brings Dr Jean Carruthers To UK For Intimate Event

(Last updated 14 April 2022)
World-renown aesthetic doctor Jean Carruthers will present to an intimate audience at the 2022 British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM) Conference in September and will stage exclusive masterclasses for College members.
Canada-based Dr Carruthers, who has been awarded honorary membership of BCAM to mark her visit, says she is excited to be part of this year’s Conference – the College’s first in-person event for three years.
BCAM Vice President Dr Catherine Fairris, who oversees planning of the annual Conference, said: “We are honoured to have such an inspirational speaker at this year’s event, it’s a fitting way to celebrate our return to a physical conference after two successive virtual events.
“Dr Carruthers is a global leader in the field of aesthetic medicine and we look forward to sharing her expertise and experience in the intimate setting of the Church House, Westminster. It’s a rare opportunity for delegates to have close contact with the pioneer of botulinum toxin treatments and benefit from her incredible knowledge.”
The news was revealed exclusively to BCAM members last month, who were able to book places before it was more widely announced. Doctors and dentists working in the aesthetic medicine sector can register for the Conference at Church House, Westminster, London, on Saturday 10 September via the Conference website at a cost of £350 including lunch. BCAM members benefit from an early bird offer and reduced rate.
The one-day Conference will feature scientific and business streams, offering a wealth of clinical and practical information for delegates. Full details of all sessions and speakers will be announced on the dedicated Conference website here.
BCAM Events & Partnerships Coordinator Dawn Larcombe said: “The BCAM Annual Conference has a long history of delivering exceptional educational content and world-class speakers. Dr Carruthers is the leader in her field and will be the figurehead for the scientific stream at this year’s event.
“We are delighted that she has also agreed to deliver masterclass sessions for BCAM members during her visit, which is the icing on the cake!”
