In this session, Jen takes a straight talking, Elle Woods inspired look at how to make your consent forms, clinical notes, and policies actually protect you instead of just ticking boxes.

Expect real case examples from her expert witness work, practical hacks you can use tomorrow, and a few “don’t be that injector” moments to keep it fun. If it is not written down, it did not happen, and your paperwork should be as bulletproof as your clinical skills.
